Create a Telegram bot:
1. Open Telegram and message @BotFather
2. Send /newbot and follow the prompts
3. Copy the token it gives you (looks like 123456:ABCdef...)
Create a Discord bot:
1. Go to discord.com/developers/applications
2. New Application → Bot → Reset Token → copy it
3. Enable Message Content Intent under Privileged Gateway Intents
4. Invite the bot to your server via OAuth2 → URL Generator
